Synopsis

In this era of big data, digital automation, artificial intelligence and data analytics, organisations will need to embrace these disruptive technologies to add business value and gain the strategic edge. Many businesses have reaped its rewards by attaining improved customer services, more flexibility and lower overhead costs. Adapting to this changing digital landscape is necessary if it hopes to not be left behind. This course will introduce learners to some of these technologies, as well as the risks that need to be considered and how to manage them.

This omnibus course consists of 5 modules: Introduction to Blockchain, Digital Transformation – Cloud Computing and API, Data Management, Ethics & Technology, and Technology Risk Management. Each module will be followed by an assessment to test the learner’s understanding.

    MING LIM – Lead Content Expert
    An experienced facilitator and trainer with more than 20 years of experience. She was the head of Bank Julius Baer Academy before she left the organization in 2015 where she co-designed the People Development framework and implemented the training curriculum and courses. She enjoys working with people and has strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. She has over 20 years of experience in developing content for adult learners.
