Following the ‘Code of Conduct’ microlearning course – available on the Learn@IBF platform, the last part covers the topics of ‘Complaint Handling’ and ‘Compliance with the Laws’.
This module will go through the process of Complaint Handling, as well as the appropriate way to address such situations. It also discusses the importance of complying with company law, as set by the MAS Standards of Conduct.
