This course looks at the concept of ethical leadership and its evolving value, especially within the modern day’s corporate landscape with its focus on corporate social responsibility (CSR) and environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles. Through the exploration of foundational principles, ethical decision-making theories and practical strategies, this course is designed to provide the learner with the essential skills to becoming an ethical leader dedicated to the common good and leaving a positive global impact. Learners will go through a self-paced course that features interactive activities, knowledge checks and a mandatory final assessment.
