Health and safety is important in the workplace due to the many hazards that could exist. As well as being subject to laws and regulations, it is important to educate workers to prevent injuries and serious consequences, and to promote their health and wellness.

  • Know how to perform basic first aid, CPR, lifting, fire safety and incident reporting.
