Learn@IBF – Code of Conduct Module 1 & 2

Ever wonder if a certain behavior is out of bounds which could potentially threaten compliance with the fundamental principles of professional conduct?

Discover some of the potential threats and learn how to implement Integrity and Objectivity in the workplace in our new ‘Code of Conduct’ Module 2 – now available on Learn@IBF!

In Module 1 of the ‘Code of Conduct’ series, we introduce the concept of Code of Conduct and MAS Guidelines on Standards of Conduct. This second module will take you through the importance of Integrity and Objectivity in Code of Conduct adhering to the MAS Guidelines on Standards of Conduct.

The banking and financial industry is one of the most vulnerable sectors, with 45% of employees admitting they had clicked on links in phishing emails, second only to the technology sector (47%). But the blame cannot fall solely on employees. Proper training and awareness, and sound data practices are key to developing behaviour that creates a culture of security-minded people. The threats that exist will only continue to grow and evolve in an attempt to circumvent any defensive measures, so it is neccessary to be one step ahead.
